Origin
Mocha originated in North America as an adaptation of Latte with the addition of chocolate flavor.
Production Method
Similar to latte, but with chocolate syrup or powder added to the steamed milk before pouring it over the espresso. Chocolate shavings or a drizzle can also be added for garnish.
